Days 1–2
You hand over what exists
An export from your current provider, or the folder of closing documents, or the minute book. We take it in whatever state it is in and index it.
Switching is supposed to be the hard part. It is about two weeks, and the part that takes longest is us disagreeing with your spreadsheet.
Days 1–2
An export from your current provider, or the folder of closing documents, or the minute book. We take it in whatever state it is in and index it.
Days 3–7
Every position is traced back to the instrument that created it. You get the exception list: positions the documents do not support, holders with no address of record, legends that were never applied, counts that do not add up. This is usually the first time anyone has checked.
Days 8–12
Some are typos. Some need a board consent or a missing signature page. We tell you which is which and what would fix it; your counsel decides.
Day 13
An officer signs that the rebuilt register is correct as at a date. That certificate is the first entry in the book and everything after it is a posting.
Day 14 onward
Your holders get a portal. Your instructions get journalled. Your reports come from the register rather than from someone's copy of it.
If some of this does not exist, send what does. Finding out what is missing is part of the work.
Intake can run while your current subscription finishes. We rebuild and reconcile now, hold the opening balance for the date you choose, and the two records simply agree until you switch. Nobody has to be locked out of anything.
